Please read them before you make reservation.

▶ Check-in 3 PM to 10 PM
    Check-out 10 AM 

▶ No smoking in the house.

▶ Food and beverages are not allowed into the room.

▶ Use the living room for food intake.

▶ Visitors except our guests are not allowed in.

▶ The living room and kitchen are to be used till 11 PM.

▶ Curfew is at 11 PM. After this time, lights in common area will be switched off and the front door will be locked.

▶ Laundromat is to be used till 9 PM.

▶ We offer breakfast 8:00 - 9:30 AM.

+ We start cleaning the house and washing bedding by 10 morning.
Living room and kitchen are closed during clean-up time ( 10 AM - 3 PM ).
We provide Room cleaning service every other day if requested for a reservation for more than 3 nights.
